By accessing or using the IntiGo Partner Portal ("Service"), operated by IntiGo Delivery ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IntiGo provides a logistics and delivery management platform that allows business partners to:

• Create and manage parcel deliveries
• Track shipment status
• Manage business settings and team members
• Connect third-party accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Gmail) for messaging
• Manage an online product catalog and store

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Uploading harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfering with the Service's operation or other users' access

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We access only the data you authorize and use it solely to provide the Service's features.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you upload. We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntiGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
